Request Account Deletion
Bovitag allows you to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data.
How to request deletion

Send an email
Send an email to info@bovitag.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Include your information
In the body of the email, include the email or phone number associated with your Bovitag account so we can identify it.

Confirmation and processing
You will receive a confirmation email. Your account and data will be deleted within 30 business days following confirmation.
Data deleted and retained
Permanently deleted data
- ✕ Account information (email, name, phone)
- ✕ Farm and paddock data
- ✕ Animal records (tags, weight, breed, category)
- ✕ Health and movement events
- ✕ Work sessions and activity logs
- ✕ Photos associated with your account
Temporarily retained data
- • Anonymized crash reports in Sentry (90 days)
- • Billing records required by law (as per applicable legislation)
This data is retained solely due to legal obligations or because it is fully anonymized and cannot be linked to you.
Important
- Account deletion is irreversible. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered.
- If you share a farm with other users, your personal data will be deleted but the farm data will remain accessible to the other members.
- Make sure to export any data you need before requesting deletion.
